Log missing from game

Hi,

If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console may not be connected to Xbox Live. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related notices or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live. Once
you connect to Xbox Live, try unlocking the achievement again.

To resolve your concern, you can follow the steps on the suggested methods below: 



Method 1. Power cycle your Xbox One console.

You can reset, perform a full power cycle, or physically disconnect your Xbox One console to reboot it completely and fix many common issues. This process does not erase any of your games or data.

Here are the steps: 

1. 1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. 
   

1. 2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   

1. 3. Plug the console power cable back in.
   

1. 4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.  
   

Method 2. Clear the storage cache on the console.
Here are the steps: 

1. 1. Press the menu key on the controller.  
   

1. 2. Go to Settings, and then select Disc & Blu-Ray.  
   

1. 3. In the Blu-Ray section select Persistent Storage.  
   

1. 4. Select Clear persistent storage.
   

Method 3. Clear Mac address.

1. Here are the steps: 
   

1. 1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.  
   

1. 2. Select Settings.  
   

1. 3. Select All Settings.  
   

1. 4. Select Network.  
   

1. 5. Select Network settings.  
   

1. 6. Select Advance settings.  
   

1. 7. Select Alternate MAC address.  
   

1. 8. Select Clear.
   

Method 4. Run the Network Connection Test on your console.

1. 1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
   

1. 2. Select Settings.
   

1. 3. Select All Settings.
   

1. 4. Select Network.
   

1. 5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
   

1. 6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select Test network connection.
   

Once the console connects to Xbox Live, check the game progress again.

Same issue here, I'm missing 150 GS from March 1st :-(

It might be a coincidence but after logging on my XBOX 360 the missing GS was immediately there. Now it shows everywhere (360, ONE, App, Web) the correct GS.

To unlock achievements in Destiny sometimes it's necessary to log out of the game and log in again.

Go to the in game settings and choose change player. Log out, and then choose your profile again. As soon as you have choosen your character and it is loaded completely the missing acheivements will pop up.

I am also missing mine. I even typed in chat that day. Nothing shows up on my Microsoft purchase log and i have no messages from xbox.

There might be a layer of the security checks that are performed when logging into your microsoft account that could be missing from the 360 service. This might have been intentional in a start of a shutdown of the service as a whole.
