    Log into network error


    The issue I am having is for the xbox one s. I've always tried buying the games on a disc so that if im without internet I can still play them. I bought a game called blacksad after initial download it played up until a certain point then prompting me to sign in so i did and it did an update. After playing i turned off my system and didn't come back to it for a few hours when i turned it back on it wouldn't even attempt to read the game just tells me to connect to network. I bought another offline game today after setup I did the same thing and now ot wont read this game and its telling me to connect again to a network why is this happening even with games that never asked for the sign in after set up?

    SOmetimes doing a network reset or waiting sometime could help with most log in errors

    The one you mention seems to be a network situation as I can log in the site without problem

    If you are using an Xbox One, does an error message appear when you test the network and multiplayer connections in

    the network settings    ? Be sure to let us know the results!
