Log into my account

Discus and support Log into my account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; can no one from the support team or enforcement team login to my account?     can no one from the support team or enforcement team login to my account? I have the email and password but it says the Microsoft account don't exist( not this account ) I know that the account has a permanent ban but i also know that it can still
    be accessed with your help

    I can't log into my live account, it comes up with this message (

    I have an error message saying your membership is suspended until you pay for it. You'll need to do this on another device.

    On a pc or mobile device, go to https//account.microsoft.com/paynow and fix how you pay for your membership.) I can't remember my password to log in to another device as I can't remember my password or the password to the email I created my account with,
    all the helplines are closed. Can anyone help?

    What are you actually trying to do? Support can probably still access the account, but if it's permanently banned there would be no reason for them to.
