    Log in to the Xbox Game Pass Mobile App doesn't unlock


    Hi,

    For more than a week now this daily quest doesn't unlock. I'm on the app, installing games, cashing in other rewards, nothing! Not a damn thing! Reinstalled the app, signed out and back in, deleted cache data, tried wifi and data, 2 smartphones. Any ideas?

    Game Pass quests locked after renewal

    This is a little weird, but now the quests are unlocked on the console. I have somebody else (they also have Game Pass Ultimate) logged in on the console I'm using. Their's doesn't seem to be affected by **** is going on. Which gave me an idea to leave them logged in and I switch to my account and to my surprise the quests are unlocked. They're still locked on the mobile app though. So, seems there's some kind of work around.....

    Same issue here, it's funny how it never works when i get an achievement during the day, yet if i unlock an achievement around midnight to 1am GMT the app works fine but it doesn't recognise i have unlocked an achievement....... Nearly as good as the game pass app for mobile

    The Xbox App doesn't show anything like that. To be able to see Game Pass Quests, Points balanace etc, you need to download the Mobile Game Pass App

    This is totally wrong. There are quests on the Xbox Mobile App and the Mobile Game Pass App....prior to my advice above, I specifically checked the Xbox App itself and there were quests on there!
