    log in to the cloud


    I logged in to the cloud with my x box account! My scores down to the last time i bothered to log in! The collections i downloaded? gone! Wtf? i thought logging in was to upload my scores to the cloud not reduce my score to the last time i logged in!

    Anyone know how i get my **** back or do i just log out?

    Xbox one crashed !! Lost all data

    It will be saved on the cloud so make sure your logged in and it should be ok

    Do you have Cloud Storage enabled?



    Does your Cloud Storage show any games that aren't in sync?



    Either manually sync your Cloud saves (you'll have to insert the game disc for each title which has out of sync saves), or log out of Live, install, then log back in.

    My regular 360 was freezing, so i bought a brand new 360 from bestbuy, the 320gb matte cover with built in wifi, and its still freezing...

    Are you logged into Live? Do you have Cloud Storage enabled?



    First thing I'd try is logging out of Live and disabling Cloud Storage.

    You need to log in the game on a Pc or a Console, this will update the cloud save, and when you log back on the cloud it will sync the data again
