I see. If that is the case, your Gmail email has not been the primary email for that Microsoft account before because this cannot create a new account if it was tied up to that account you were trying to get back. Those are the only options we have for recovering it, unfortunately.

Just a heads up that your Microsoft account before may have your personal email as a contact preference but your Microsoft email might be different because you cannot create a new account with that email if you already had that as a Microsoft account.

You must have been using a different email as log in to your Microsoft account.

Try using the recovery option here:

Check if you can try getting a hint of your Microsoft email so you can try to get it back.

that didnt help either i look in my gmail for any emails from xbox and im getting it from the account im trying to get bacfk and the new account that i made with my gmail account
