Log in Problem

Hi,

My problem is a little bit complicated, so, please just bear with me. 4 years ago we bought the Xbox one 1 in Saudi Arabia, setting were completely done correctly with no errors. 2 Years later, we moved to United Arab Emirates, there was some log in problems
with with the support there we manage to fix everything and it was working normally for 1.5 year, credit card from UAE and the store in UAE and kids play fortnite with live gold normally. a year ago, the kids moved to Egypt with the counsel and play from there
and its still in UAE store, and payment every 3 months for live gold done automatically every 3 months until recently i canceled my UAE credits cards and trying to change to store back to Saudi Arabia. The problems is: -

1- there is one credit card from UAE still can't remove

2- I added the Saudi Arabia new credit card successfully and even paid the outstanding last 3 months live gold, but when i choose to try to add a new payment option, down this screen mentioned add credit card to purchase only in UAE.

3- I change all possible things belong to UAE, address book, billing information, i added a new credit card from Saudi but i can't use it (don't know why)

4- Till last night , the message is "can't xxx because you use different region. Today after i change all possible information as per point no 3, the kids can't even log in to any game, not only the live gold as per last night.

So, please if possible i need your assistance and direction to how to solve this problem.
