у меня такая же проблема главное что не индивидуально у одного это проблема .я думаю исправят.

Just to let you know there is currently a
Service Alert out right now for our Xbox Live Core services.
The error code 0x8a4001a is usually what most will see. Another error message is
"There was a problem please try again later."

I understand we are all eager to being able to sign in and play and this can get frustrating.
Now, I would like to remind everyone to follow our Xbox Forum Guidelines. Remember the example
on the Forums guidelines

9) "Please do not have a large percentage of your posts that are only negative rants against anything Microsoft,
Xbox, or the membership. This is a form of trolling that only inflames the community and incites more flaming and abusive posts."

Failure to follow these guidelines could mean some bad things and in some cases, an offense is extremely severe or high in number that it warrants further action outside the scope of a simple forum suspension.

Thanks for reaching out! We understand this is concerning and frustrating since the console will not sign in the profile.
I will be closing this thread as it is linked to a post from
November 1, 2018.
You are more than welcome to start your own thread detailing the issue at hand
and any troubleshooting steps (if any) you’ve tried so far. We will be more than happy to
help. However, I will list below steps that have helped others!

First,
remove the profile:

SIDE NOTE:
Saved games and progress acquired online are backed up in the cloud. Gamerscores, achievements, purchased games/DLCs, etc. are tied up to the account. Just
make sure you know the email and password of the account you have issues with.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that needs to be removed, and then select Remove to confirm.
4. When you're finished, select Close.

Next do
a power cycle on the console.
Don't add the profile yet.

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Wait 2 minutes before powering it back on.

Finally,
re-download your profile by selecting the icon at the upper-left corner of the dashboard. Select ADD NEW, input your email and password.

Give this a try. If it doesn't work then feel free to start your own thread as mentioned above. Thank you!
