    quite often when system is turned on it wont log account in, and when it does you have to do a full system restart for the internet to connect, and sometimes twice. any ideas, xbox one x

    I hate hackers.

    Turn off the wireless and see if you can log in. The issue here is that we can't log in if Live is down, but if there's no internet connection at all on the console, you can log in to your account offline.

    Xbox Live Down?

    Is it down for anyone? I tried logging on 3 times, wired/wireless connection, hard reboot. Nothing. It will connect to the internet, but not Live. On top of that all tests I run say everything is fine. Wtf?
