locks up console

After I had installed mass effect 3 citadel dlc the game would no longer allow me to play mass effect 3 on my Xbox 360. I made a new account with all of the same dlc still installed on the console and the game would work with no problems. Once I would sign
out and try to sign in on my original account the game software would freeze up and the console would shut down. I moved on from the game because no one would provide me with an answer except that it was another companies fault and had nothing to do with the
dlc the copy of the game or my Xbox since it would work with another account. Now that ME3 has been made backward compatible to Xbox one I thought I would give it a try again so I can play with friends that have yet to upgrade to the Xbox one. Alas to no avail
for the game software will not even load when signed into my account. I went through and factory reset my console removed and re-added my account before and after the factory reset, uninstalled all the game dlc and re-installed the dlc in hopes that the multiple
attempts of different procedures would allow me to play the game software I so enjoyed a few years ago and still after all of the different types of options that have been tried nothing works. I have never had any other problems with any other games produced
by EA nor any problems with any other games developed by Bioware. As is said before my first attempts at solving this problem was one Xbox rep informing me that it was EA and I was to contact them and an EA customer rep saying it was Bioware which lead that
rep to inform me that it was an issue with Xbox due to the hardware not loading the software that they created. So after that I gave up, and moved on but I still remember how enjoyable ME3 was and though my streaming channel is small I have been asked to stream
the series and am still unable to due to this issue never being resolved. I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience but if there is anything that can be done to rectify this issue I would be more than greatful of any and all assistance.

Power cycling the console by holding down the Xbox logo for 5 seconds while the console is on seemed to fix the problem.
