Actually, he isn't just trying to stall you. If you are part of the beta and are having issues, those issues could very likely be a result of participating in the beta. This means that all issues you have as a participant in the beta
must be dealt with in the beta forums.

I truly am sorry to hear about the issues downloading games that you paid for. Honestly, if I had a solution that would instantly fix any issues I would give it to you immediately. We genuinely want to help everyone because you're gamers (like us) and if the
tables were turned I would want help just the same as you.

i don´t care if it´s the beta or not... all i know is that i can´t download a game i´ve paid for and i want my game... *** this **** beta... this isn´t even about the beta... it´s about your garbage service and your money stealing machine called xbox live...
