    Locked xbox one due to wrong password


    Tried to enter password but my son entered wrong one so xbox locked. Went onto Microsoft and changed password but still says locked when tried to enter new password HELP!!!!

    Can't login to Xbox Live accounts

    or you might be trying to use the wrong password? I know it sounds ridiculous but a friend of mine though he was locked out of his account but he just forgot the pw lol

    it probally locked your account becuase u entered the wrong email and password

    Either unlock my account or cancel my xbox subscription

    I cant do either. You need the account access to be able to login to unlock. If I could do that this issue would be resolved. The account was not locked because of me or anything I did. Problem still lies in the fact that the number acossiated with the account is the wrong number and the AI wont allow a proper password reset due yo someone else hacking/locking me out of my account. I know my password. This helps nothing.
