    Locked XBOX Live Account - violation of Microsoft Services Agreement


    Hi all, my sons account has been locked for almost 2 weeks now.

    When attempting to login, I end up at a screen stating to unlock navigate to aka.ms/compliancelock which I have done twice now and been given two different support ticket numbers to my email with no action.

    I finally worked out how to get on the phone to support today and it was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. After lodging a request almost 2 weeks ago for my sons account being locked I hear nothing back. I cannot access his account or access
    a reset password or anything I decide to use the call option for support. I get told by the operator overseas there is an issue with their system and to call back in 2 hours. That was after listening to her and her colleagues laugh and chat while my call was
    just sitting there before she answered the phone. Disgraceful.

    Any suggestions on how I get this moving quicker? Of course my son plays Fortnite and doesn't have access to his account as it is permanently linked!

    If each reported message is in violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and/or the Microsoft Services Agreement, then it would appear to be possible. If the message isn't in violation, it won't result in a suspension.
