    Hi, so I have had a xbox x for over 2 years and just sign in with the pin. I did that and it asked me for my outlook password, i put in the correct one and it was like sorry wrong. I then asked for code to reset password. I entered code sent from messages and they were like hey sorry you have to fill out account recovery form. This is all 5 hours after I played the big fortnite big bang live event ( maybe that trigged it).

    Have filled out the form once said sorry in sufficent, so righr now I am filling out for second time, but it is asking if I have xbox 360 or xbox 1, i have neither i have xbox 360.

    Ps my brother has an xbox x aswell and play in same game for live event amd he is perfectly fine having an xbox for longer but not having a microsoft account for aslong as me?

    What should I do?

    Yeah, that's what I can't use and there is no other option listed for contacting support.

    Is there some other way to contact someone about this issue as I can not use the chat on this comp and I would like some sort of way to resolve this.
