    I requested a phone number change on my account which isn't going to go through for another 3 weeks however my account has been locked now for strange activity.i have tried to recover it online and am unable.how do I speak to an agent who can fix this please as I desperately need to use it

    Yeah, that's what I can't use and there is no other option listed for contacting support.

    Is there some other way to contact someone about this issue as I can not use the chat on this comp and I would like some sort of way to resolve this.
