Locked out

I was trying to download the free may the 4th be with you shirt it said I couldn't download it due to it saying that it failed to download. So I try again and get a message saying I was locked out from purchasing anything and to contact Microsoft support.
Then thing is the last purchase I made was on april 17th and the payment went through and was able to get the free game of the month. So I mostly got locked out due to a free shirt failing to download, due to connection issues. So i'm wondering is there any
other way to contact them besides calling there number because I only have a cell phone and it usually disconnects a call within a minute. So is there like a live chat or email I can use to get this situated.

Hey there NaJang! How are you locked out of your account? Do you need to recover your password? I would try going to xbox.com/forgot and using some of the tips there to try to gain access to your account again.

 

Blah never mind lock this please I found the support live chat blah xbox ambassador and didn't realize to check the support section first.

 

I have the same issue as you but i was trying to download Dust

 

I am having the same issue with dust. I dont know why my account has been locked from buying anything. I havent done anything since i purchased the year long membership.

 

Same thing just happened to me trying to download DLC.

 

Is there some other way to contact someone about this issue as I can not use the chat on this comp and I would like some sort of way to resolve this.

Yeah, that's what I can't use and there is no other option listed for contacting support.

If you're having issues with a billing lockout, your best option is to contact Chat or Phone support as has been mentioned earlier.

If you're unable to use the Chat Support option, you can get a hold of Phone Support in US/Canada by calling 1-800-469-9269.

 

I had the same problem and to answer your question I signed out of xbox live and turned off my xbox and the next time I got something free it was fine
