Locked out of xbox series S

I am locked out of my xbox series S, I had restrictions on it for other people, and a guess key. On the restrictions I disabled “add new account” and i forgot the guest key. Than i removed my main account accidently from the console. So now i physically cannot get into my xbox, because adding account is disabled, there is a guest key, and my main account is removed. I’m not sure there is a way around this, but any help?

I found a tutorial on Youtube, it says hold sync button on front of xbox and tap power button, to bring up the troubleshoot page, than you can reset xbox from there? Or do i still have to download files onto USB from windows and do it with a flashdrive?

I am dealing with a similar issue. I need to find out my email I used when I set up my Xbox one in 2016.

I am currently locked out of over 600 usd with of game on my series s because of this.
