Locked out of Powerstar golf

The advocacy team should get you sorted out, I would suggest to the other users to phone support as well. I myself have had no trouble with being locked out however since coyote canyon dlc launched the game is very buggy. Kicks back to dashboard animations
behaving crazy and so on.

 

Hopefully they will sort it. Its been over the time limit for them to get back to me but ill chase it up

 

I contacted support and they told me to re buy the game.

 

Did they give you a support reference number? If you place a call, they should give you a ref # and then you can actually call the escalated support number, which is MUCH more knowledgeable. I can give you that, but you have to input a ref # to be able to
connect to an agent.

If they look at your account and see you bought it before, absolutely NO way they should tell you to re-buy. No excuse for that. I'm tweeting support right now to get input.

 

Just a quick update to the thread. I still cant play powerstar golf without re-purchasing the game. Im still waiting for the accounts advocacy team to get back to me.

 

Ok new update time. I spoke to xbox support through the live help on xbox.com they checked my info and purchase history, once verified I had bought it before they refunded me the money to my card and now I will re purchase it.

 

Still have the same problem. When I can connect to the internet, it alows me to play unlocked. As soon as I disconnect it is locked for offline play. Problem is I don't have a permanent internet connection, and it played offline fine before the xbox update.
Any idea's anyone?
