Locked out of Powerstar golf

I tried to play golf today but it is telling me everything is locked and I have to pay for the coarses! I have been playing this for 2.5 months without a problem but all of a sudden it is locked.i have already paid for this game but I'm not paying again....ripped
off

When i go to the xbox game store all the courses are ready to download.

Instead of listing a price it just says install.

So im not being charged twice.

Try going to xbox store ans see if the courses are listed there as already owned and ready to install.

 

Powerstar Golf went Free to Play.

If you bought the game previously you should see what Malacath sees and you just click Install on the courses and you'll get to keep playing without being charged again.

 

I have the same issue in that it wants me to re purchase the content

 

It went free to play as other XCA says. plaesed read there post for all the detail.

 

Supports solution is to re buy the game. Not happening.

 

Unfortunately the game still wants be to re purchase the content that i already own. I have been onto Xbox support who have checked and confirmed that i purchased the game but so far im still asked to re purchase the content. Xbox support have passed my
issue to the accounts advocacy team to see if they can sort the issue

 

Same with me Untrained. They have balls to ask us to re buy. I have emailed the developer so I'll update the thread if I hear from them.

Can I ask - at what point does the game tell you certain content needs to be repurchased? I read this thread over the weekend, and went in to check it myself. At first I was alarmed, because in the store it definitely shows specific packs and unlocks for
PURCHASE, not just an "Install" button next to them. It also has the "Unlock full game" option for $19.99.

I was worried, so I launched the game, and all the content appears to be there - all of the courses and characters which it shows I can purchase are in the game. I went as far as course selection and setting up my golfer, which is the very last step before
launching a game. I didn't have time to play it at that time, so I didn't actually launch the course, but at no point within the game did it appear that the content was locked out or unavailable.

Please let us know! I'm curious if you're seeing a different view than I see when I launch (for example, if you see padlocks, or "locked" messages over certain content/characters, and if so, specifically at what point you are seeing them.) The only characters
which I see are locked are ones that say "Unlock by completing such and such," because I haven't played far enough in the game, indicating a specific course/match type I have to win to unlock that content, not actually a purchase, which is how it has been
since I bought the game at launch.

 

In game i cannot select any courses as they are all locked out with a padlock and i cant even edit my golfer. The game shows i have played the courses but when i go to career mode all courses are padlocked and want me to pay to unlock them again
