Locked out of old profile, old e-mail...

Hello.

After my last RRoD incident a couple of years ago I decided to get a PS3 to bide the time until I could afford the XBox One. My main profile was linked to an e-mail which has been closed out for inactivity for quite some time now, and I have tried to re-open
it with no luck. It seems the ONLY way support can identify me is through that old e-mail, regardless of my billing info at hand. Long story short, I never cancelled my Live Gold subscription, so I'm still paying for the services, but I haven't been able to
get any help conventionally to re-access my old Gamertag account. I now have a new 360 as well, and would like to be able to transfer my DLC licenses over to the new machine, or at least connect to the Live service I'm still paying for.

Is there any means to contact a representative directly who can verify my identity simply through my current billing information rather than an e-mail address I'm all out of means to try to use to verify?! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Recover your old profile > change the e-mail > delete it again > reuse e-mail on current profile

 

Cant log in to my account, since the new dashboard.

Since the new Xbox 360 dashboard that we got, I cannot log in to my account. My account is under the e-mail I use now, but it says I'm on an old one, which is locked because it says my old account was used to send out a bunch of junk mail or else was violating
terms of use for windows live. (thats my unused e-mail, so god knows what happened or who got into there) And, it's also locked by my dads old e-mail that hes probably had for over 5 years. He barely uses any electronics so I doubt he'll know how to unlock
my e-mail account that apparently I'm using xbox live with. Any staff or someone that might know what I'm meaning and how to fix it? Once again I cant log on to xbox live because we have to type in our stupid password for the e-mail account. and it tells me

I do not believe that you can get a support agent without having access to that email. From what I can see you could try a different few if and maybe one might allow it but I wouldn't hold your breath. Now I'm not sure if you can still login to the account
if you can try downloading your profile with the last password and the email you remember to it I think it might be able to bring it over and you can still use it. If you can't remember the password that might be a big problem. But see if xbox will still allow
you to download your profile if not I can't really help besides calling your bank or just canceling those payed services over all if you didn't wanna pay for them anymore. I look forward to your reply! Let me know if that helps at all. Try a few reps and if
they don't work try logging into your account if you can remember the password on your xbox and I believe you can still play on the account and all the email to it you just won't be able to access.
