Locked out of old account, how can I transfer game saves to a new profile?

My old live account has been blocked because Microsoft 'thinks someone else is using this account' and the phone number needed to verify the account is one that I haven't had access to for years (should have updated). I have set up a new account but it
is sad to have to start everything new, espesially things like WWE games where there is a lot of created content and work put in. Does anyone know if there is a way to transfer game progress to different profiles?

It's a shame because it's clear I am the holder of the account given that I have all the credit card details etc. but I suppose that's what I get for not updating security info. This has happened to me twice now (being permenently blocked out of accounts
because not able to verify things), has this happened to anyone else?

Change MS Account associated with Gamertag

I want to transfer my gamer tag from an old MS account (let's call it OLD) to a new MS account (let's call it NEW). Unfortunately, I accidentally created a gamer tag with account A.

So the process as I know it is:

1) Create a temp MS account (TEMP).

2) Download the profile for NEW.

3) Transfer gamer tag from NEW to TEMP. This frees up NEW to receive another gamer tag.

4) Transfer gamer tag from OLD to NEW.

I want to know how long this process takes. I've read somewhere that after step #2, it will take me 30 days to be allowed to do #3.

After doing #3, will I be locked out for another 30 days until I can do step #4?

After doing #4, will I be stuck for another 30 days until I can sign in to NEW and use my old gamer tag?

Am I correct that this process will take a whopping 90 days?

My old Xbox live ID : [MOD REMOVED] My netvigator and hotmail email were suspended and I can't recover my password, what can I do! Because I can use FIFA10, 11, 12, 13 old data and save to continue my FIFA14 game. I had open a new account of this
and how can I transfer the membership if old account can recovery?

When you download your profile to installed it in a new xbox, the save data, applications, demos, DLC and games are not transfered.

Save games can only be transfered using a usb stick to copy them from the old xbox into the new one. DLCs, games and apps can be downloaded again with no charge using your account history.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums, We see you have a question on saves. Unfortunately, saves will not transfer from one account to another. They are tied to the profile that creates them in game. As there is nothing more we can do, I will be locking

Unfortunately, it's not possible to directly link an existing offline Xbox 360 profile to a new or existing Xbox Live account used with a different profile. There are limitations around merging accounts or transferring save data between them.

However, there are still a couple of options you can explore:

Create a New Live Profile for the Offline Profile:

Sign out of your current Live account on the Xbox 360.

Sign in to the offline profile you want to connect to Live.

Go to Settings > Profile > Join Xbox Live.
Create a new Microsoft account (email and password) or use a different existing account not associated with any other Xbox Live profiles.

This will create a new online profile for your old offline profile, but your achievements, save data, and progress won't be transferred.

Transfer Save Data (Limited Compatibility):

This won't link the profiles, but it can salvage some progress.

Check if the game you played offline supports Xbox Live storage.

Certain games allow uploading save data from an offline profile to the cloud if you connect to Live with a new profile.

Once uploaded, you can access the save data from your new online profile.

However, this depends on individual game functionality and might not be available for all games.
