Locked out of my xbox account. Help please?

I've been locked out of my account for over a year now.

I've forgotten the password to my email so I cannot reset my password.

Two step verification is on, but linked to old phone numbers I no longer have access to.

I've submitted forms to authenticate myself and tried contacting support via email but I've had no luck.

Could someone point me in the right direction or give me any advice ?

Help! Locked Out Of Account

When I turned on my xbox one today and tried to sign into my account, it told me there was something wrong and I'd have to go to account.live.com, so I did, and it asked to try to recover my account (its an older microsoft account that I only use for xbox
live still) and after giving them all the information I could, I recieved an email saying that I didn't give them adequate information and my account can no longer be accessed. I have no idea what to do, without this account my xbox is useless and I've lost
access to 100s of dollars ive made in purchases on xbox live. I dont understand why this has happened or how to fix it

Can you please try using the Contact us webpage once on this page if you select the Option to chat with Xbox support or request a phone call from support. Providing you can answer the security
questions the Xbox support team should be able to help you access the account.

Honestly with two step verification their really is not anyone that can help you with this issue unless you remember your password for your account.

Not even customer support can help you with this.

Hello Josh, what you read regarding the procedure of the two-step verification is correct, when it is active it will not work.

What you should try is, contact Xbox Customer Service and ask for an Account Takeover, (ATO) and you'll do the entire information procedure with someone from Microsoft Support.

I know I'm months late to this, but did you ever manage to regain access to your account?? I just hit the exact same problem yesterday, and it is terrible. I hope you were able to regain access.

If you were/are could you relay what you had to do to me so I can also navigate out of this predicament?
