    Locked out of my X Box account


    My e-mail has been hacked and my son has been locked out of his x box account and they have changed the recovery e-mail address to one I don't have access to, I have tried to recover the account on the form and it keeps getting rejected

    Any help or ideas on how I can get back into his account
