The best option will be try recovering the old account

Well I have 0 because I locked myself out my old profile and make new 1

I don't want to create a new Microsoft Account. I already have the desired Microsoft Accounts. I just want to get rid of the Microsoft generated Xbox Profile/Gamertag for Account #2, so I can move my Xbox Profile/Gamertag from Account #1.

Is your "main Xbox Profile" stored on your console? If so, can you use
these instructions to check if it's still the correct Microsoft Account that is associated with that main Xbox Profile?
