    Locked out of my account from 2016. Please help


    When i was still a fresh squeaker in elementary i watched my stepbrother ***** on bo1 and play old school forza so much that i begged my mom for an xbox of my own. And eventually i got it around 2012 or so. a fresh xbox 360e.

    I played bo2 and mw3, even old forza motorsport (3 & 4), saints row (2 & 3), castle miner z, minecraft (when it was an indie game), dead island, borderlands and waw.

    I was Carroll8. A boy making my voice sound deep in fear of harassment till i could meet my group of friends to tell that i was 12 and not 8.

    Shortly after, i gained a major infatuation with war and the army so i changed my name to something **** and misspelled. USAF MILATARY. I played for acouple more years like that, running bf4 milsims and yelling at my friends on gta after failing original heist and getting boxed in by modders. Then i got an xbox one. No games, hardly anyone that switched yet so i stayed old school, and i planned it that way. Till 2016 or so.

    The problem begins as i change my gamertag for a third time. I turned off email display because it took up my screen, then bought far cry 2 DLC and whatever DLC had the dao 12 in BF4. Then I decided to change my name to something funny and not misspelled. It was decided, a dank lobster.

    And thats where it ends. No more late night games, no M2AF, no more achievements, no dao 12 and no xbox 360.

    I called xbox support, they couldnt help. I set up multiple account recovery vouchers but nothing. It took acouple years till i created a new account to start over, and that would be . The fifth prodigal lobster. Now i ask for anyones help, how can i get this account back? Anyone know a hacker that could break into it? Am i done for?

    Honestly with two step verification their really is not anyone that can help you with this issue unless you remember your password for your account.

    Not even customer support can help you with this.

    Can you please try using the Contact us webpage once on this page if you select the Option to chat with Xbox support or request a phone call from support. Providing you can answer the security
    questions the Xbox support team should be able to help you access the account.

    Hello Josh, what you read regarding the procedure of the two-step verification is correct, when it is active it will not work.

    What you should try is, contact Xbox Customer Service and ask for an Account Takeover, (ATO) and you'll do the entire information procedure with someone from Microsoft Support.

    Hey Kyle I didn't ask MICROSOFT to do anything I was just logging on and and MICROSOFT DECIDED TO LOCK MY ACCOUNT... Is it because they have an algorithm to check for dead email accounts AND then SCAM the users out of money..... THIS IS FRAUD.. I have proved I own the games. AND this automated online password recovery process is nonsense. AS I HAVE SAID I KNOW MY PASSWORDS. So I an now left out of pocket and FEEL ROBBED because MICROSOFT Decided they want me to change my password.

    I WOULD HAVE LOST LESS IF I HAD BEEN HACKED....SCAMMED BY MICROSOFT

    Hey Josh!

    I know I'm months late to this, but did you ever manage to regain access to your account?? I just hit the exact same problem yesterday, and it is terrible. I hope you were able to regain access.

    If you were/are could you relay what you had to do to me so I can also navigate out of this predicament?
