Locked out of my account for no reason for a month now

Microsoft customer service has been extremely painful to deal with! For almost a month now I've been on multiple phone calls trying to get my account fixed and have been hung up on multiple times by different representatives after being on hold for 20-30
minutes at a time. Is there any Microsoft Support or Xbox Support who can actually help me get my account back and working that I've had for the past 10+ years. Yes I've tried the stupid account recovery form and still haven't had luck with that and cant get
a call back about it... I've had my account for 10 + years I filled the thing out to the best of my ability and have no idea why its not working...

New account locked for no reason.

Somehow, my 2014 account was hacked,

So this is my new one, and since my Xbox isn't being used - do to work. On my break, I try messaging my best friend but it tells me I have a bad reputation, when I just created the account. Even after I've added my number, the code will not send or simply
tells me it can't be done. I'm tired of creating accounts. May anyone please help?

Thank you for bringing your inquiry to the forums. When it comes to accounts being recovered the
Account Recovery Form is the final option to get back into your Microsoft account. You are able to create a new account at any time at
Microsoft Account Site. Have you tried filling out an Account Recovery form while on the call with a representative to try to assist you with the process? You may also want to consider
attempting to see if there is any way you could recover the security options such as the emails or phone numbers that were used to help protect your account.

It was an accidental ban. nothing suspicious was going on, nor did I break any rules.

Hello Led, when it says you were blocked from your Microsoft account did you receive any ban or suspension from Enforcement or was it really an account block by Microsoft?

If it was anything to do with Enforcement, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, we cannot specify the actual reason or verify precisely what the reason for your suspension or ban or remove your ban and suspension.
