    My son is unable to play his new xbox one x as it wont recognise his password. I have tried logging in to his microsoft account but wven when I get the verification code sent to my phone it doesnt recognise it and says he is locked out until tomorrow. There
    is no reason as to why this should have happened. It says:

    Usage limit exceeded. Try again tomorrow

    It said akmething about violating microsoft regularions, which is odd as I do not see how this could have happened.

    Anyway i need to get back into his acvount to be able to allow him access to his xbox account again.

    Yes I did, and they told me there is not a phone number for the Microsoft online security team. I just feel like I’m running in circles trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone to unlock this account. I was hoping that someone in the community forum might be able to help direct me or perhaps someone from the Microsoft security team monitors these forums to help get in touch with someone.
