Locked out of Main Microsoft Account Repeatedly

Hi

Just to clarify, Xbox Account and Microsoft account are One, it is not two things.The email and password you use to sign into your Xbox console is a Microsoft account. that being said.

You can contact Chat Support following the steps below, but they cannot unlock your account for you, they can only guide you on that.

Click on this link

Click on Contact Support , a chat window will pop up

Type in "Talk to an agent"

Select your product "Xbox" click "Next"

Select your issue " Other account issues" click "Next"

Click on " Chat"

I just tried that link again Maxen and the email address I used back then is no longer in use, I'm pretty sure it doesn't even exist, and the security question it asked isn't working. I am 100% sure I am answering it correctly as well. I don't know what's
wrong with it.

All that info you listed should not be needed for the password reset page...

I have tried this link before and it didn't get me anywhere because I don't have any past passwords and I also don't have some other information such as credit card numbers because those credit cards are expired and gone.

I was also wondering, if my account is completely locked and I can never get back onto it, is there any possible way to transfer the name or at least delete the name so that I can change a new account to that name? I just can't deal with playing Xbox and
not having my name, it's kind of like a part of me.
