Locked out of account info and online gaming on XBOXONE.

Hi, As of today I suddenly can't access my account information on my xbox one, nor can I play online. YouTube also periodically says I can't access it as I don't have a live account. I can play games locally, and use other apps but that's all.

When I try to get access to my account I get error message 0x80bd0006.

Other mentions of this error message on this forum ask to open a new query.

Please help with ESO account

Hello, thank you for viewing my post! my problem is that i bought Age Of Empires 3 on steam and after attempting to register my game for multiplayer was given error code 101. That means that there is already an account for my product, i looked online and
found an "ESO account recovery tool" which told me that there is no account assosiated with my product ID. I am completely locked out at this point and tried to submit a ticket via online microsoft chat but i also happen to be locked out of that! i can fill
in my ticket info but one of the requierd fields is my name, which is grayed out and i cant fill in.

i am locked out of my game, i am locked out of support. i just want to play the *** multiplayer.

 

No gear of war remeed code sent to me

no gear of war code sent to me, I bought the gear of war xboxone version and I did online gaming.

 

Try doing a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until your console shuts down completely. Let is sit for a couple of minutes then power it back up and see if that helps. If not you might try deleting your
profile and adding it back. Let us know.

 

Been few days now, and power saving active so turning off hasn't helped. Went to delete account but warns I'll lose all game save data that has not been uploaded. I've never uploaded game save data, and can't because I don't have live access cos of this
glitch. No way I'm losing 150hours of Witcher 3. ;-)

This bug is prevalent on these forums, and has previously been handled at Ms end. However they say to start new thread, so I did.

 

Tried hard reset and restarting console just incase, no joy. Can't access profile, store, xbox live, account settings on console.

What happens to game saves if I delete my profile?

 

Fixed it. Reset my password on here, so it forced full signout on the console. Put in new password and have full access now.
