Locked out of account in main profile and had to create anotehr profile to ask question

To create an Xbox profile you need a Microsoft account. When you create a new Xbox profile on a new account you are creating a Microsoft account, not an Xbox account.

The login details for the Xbox profile are the same as the Microsoft account, so then it asks to sign in with his MS account you can use the details he entered when creating his Xbox profile.

Thank you for responding to my post Anderson. Unfortunately, I forgot that I wasn’t signed into my main profile when asking this question. My main account has the Cross-Gen Bundle purchased, but has that issue with the upgrade.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums, We see you have a question on saves. Unfortunately, saves will not transfer from one account to another. They are tied to the profile that creates them in game. As there is nothing more we can do, I will be locking

heh my main profile has been that way since release. I just made a different account and linked it to an old PSN account I have had since PSN was created.
