Locked out for no reason and cant get back in.

I was locked out of my account that i use to play minecraft after a few days, although i have done nothing wrong.

I have attempted to unlock it using the method it tells me, but refuses to send a code to any phone number i give it.

Sign in and visit the Enforcement page.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

Hello Rodrigo, thank you for the advice. I have tried to log in to see the enforcements page, however, the message saying my account is locked shows up again, and won't let me see the page itself, so i have no way to know what i even got a strike for. i also cannot use the family group option, as i did not know it was possible to create the group before, and i can't log in to the account to accept the invite into the family group, as again, the account is locked.

You would have to call xbox directly Here and go over troubleshooting over the phone, thats the best I can reccomend as ambassadors and other players cannot access
your account for you, only microsoft/xbox support can!

I agree, aside from calling 1-800-4my-xbox, I think this is the best course of action. Only other option would be the number I listed which is below as well. I had an account issue a few years back and was asked email a copy of my driver's license and a
few other things to prove myself. Not sure how they do it now. But please be patient and respectful as they have a process to follow even if it does seem like are moving slow, these things take time.
