Hi there,

I signed up for a Microsoft account a year ago to access games on my old computer. I used it for a week, and forgot about it.

My credit card has been charged ever since.

I have tried logging in and can’t remember my password.

I tried to reset my password, but the form that I fill out is constantly rejected.

I just want to stop paying for this account.

This is an awful system you have in place. If I cancel my credit card , you will ruin my credit. Which I am obviously not interested in.

I need someone to help me ASAP.
