Locked my original thread so opening a repeat because not resolved

Hi, Mister Cizl locked my previous thread but didn't actually fix my issue, so I'm reposting with more detail. Please give me a chance to reply before locking this thread. Thanks.

I have an open ticket: [Mod Removed] with xbox customer support regarding the pre order DLC for Bethesda Prey called the Cosmonaut Shotgun Pack. I purchased the game over a month before release but neither bethesda nor the seller (amazon)
could give me the code. Xbox support says you can assist. Thank you.

Mister Cizl said I should talk to amazon. I spent several weeks talking to both Amazon and Bethesda and both punted saying there was nothing they could do. Then I spent an hour on chat with Xbox support and they agreed I am eligible and that once I had waited
long enough after the purchase date (15 days, I believe) I could get the code from Xbox by posting in this discussion area. I've posted my support thread ID: [Mod Removed] so you can confirm this. Please don't ask me to talk to anyone else,
I have talked to everyone repeatedly. This is where I'm told I can get my code.

Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows Problems

You came in and locked all the threads and my issue is not resolved, you didn't read my two threads because they both talk about getting audio to come through the controller with an attached stereo headset. You cleared up the issue with the Xbox Accessories
App since it's not out till the 27th but my other issue about the audio is unresolved, no point in making another thread if it'll just be locked I guess, I'll just return the product.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. We handle purchases/promotions made through the Xbox Store. If you purchased a game from another retailer, you will need to speak with them regarding the missing content. As Mister Cizl advised you in

your original thread, we are unable to assist with purchases made from other retailers. We simply do not have the information or ability to assist with third party retailers. I understand it's frustrating and that you have already spoken to them however
posting more threads here is not the answer as, again, we cannot assist with Amazon pre-orders. You will need to speak to them directly regarding your missing content.
