    Good afternoon. I introduced a new payment method. On my card twice already written off to 30 rubles. Gone day, so nothing was returned. Why I cant buy a Gold status for one month?

    I Can't Enter My Credit Card because my account is so called "Locked" I would like to know why its locked ?

    do you can buy xbox live credit by an retailer, then you don't need an credit card.

    is your credit card locked to a region?
    i don't have live credit

    and my credit card not locked

    my credit card is working

    i mean billing (under the credit card information) region address is locked at US and don't have US address

    Microsoft can unilaterally remove purchasing from your Live Account permanently without your permission!

    No its a fraud lock that's why you don't change your pattern of buying

    This is also controlled by your credit card

    Abnormal small purchases or too many purchases can result in a card lock and a phone call from your card provider

    If your card provider is good they will call you

    My creditcard calls me if I make more then one 200 dollar withdraws in less then 5 mins I'm immediately locked out and my cellphone rings and it is my credit card company verifying that it is me

    Not so much your xbox as it is not their card

    They lock your account till you confirm you are not compromised this is for your protection as mandated by international laws

    Gold membership cards are not region locked. Microsoft Point cards are region locked.

    Microsoft can unilaterally remove purchasing from your Live Account permanently without your permission!

    Account billing locks only apply to the service that initiated the lock

    Unless it was your card that issued the lock then they would have a choice of one lock out till you call or your card gets completely locked till you call the card provider from the email it I'd xbox billing lock which takes awhile to fix

    as it has to go higher then customer support
