    i woke up to being locked out if my account ive reached out to multiple microsoft workers seeking help but my problom is yet to be resovled ive filled out a form in order to recive a email to get back into my locked xbox account and ive done the form 4
    times and still never got a email my account name on xbox is vzbb

    Hi,

    Sorry about that issue and i can understand your frustation cause i was in the same case few years before for one of my daughters account.

    The thing you try is correct but sometimes with many account on a computer is hard for the system ( Microsoft side ) to know which account is locked even if you put the correct email ( example you are on your Windows 10 account but you put all details about
    the locked one… Cookies and co are in conflict…). So i suggest you to do what i did in the past :

    - Log into Windows 10 with the locked account (its very important)

    - Go to > https://support.microsoft.com/help/...nlock-your-microsoft-account-or-outlook-email
    follow all steps

    You should get an answer within 24-72 hours
