Locked/glitched achievement

The frozen in time achievement won't unlock and I have the car and fully customized it. I've had it for the last 5 days and still nothing. I tried force closing, deleting and re installing, rebooting my console, and even calling xbox and still nothing. please
help.

Max: The Curse of Brotherhood -- Glitched Achievement "Tree of Life"

Just now, I found that I have a glitched (locked) achievement, "Tree of Life." I have collected all eighteen pieces of the amulet already, and when I got the last one I remember the game giving me the achievement. However, reviewing my list now, it still
shows the achievement as locked--despite having 100% completion.

I'm not about to delete and reinstall the game so I can play through the entire story a second time. Can anyone help?

Achievement showing 100% but not unlocking

I am trying to unlock the Colosseum Warrior achievement in Ryse: Son of Rome. I have completed each of the requirements for the achievement and it shows 100%, but is still locked. Has been this way for a few hours. Could it be glitched? Completed another
achievement after completing this one and that unlocked, but still not this one.

xbox one,no I haven't ,And yes I've gotten about 5-6 other achievements without any problems on the same game in the same dlc.
