Discus and support Locked Family Settings in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi, i bought an used xbox 360 slim.     I bought a 2nd hand 360 console a couple of years ago and am now trying to connect to Xbox live but the settings are locked. Don't know the pass code or the answer to the pass code question. .What can I do?

    Sorry to hear about your situation.



    But, unless you can remember the passcode, the only way to unlock it is to contact Xbox Support (http://support.xbox.com/en-US/). Unfortunately, they are the only ones who have access to the accounts.

    Was the account made under a family setting? may be locked due to the family settings on other account. If theres a family account, you would have to access that account to remove an account connected to it.
