    Locked Error Code screen


    Bought a game and even though I don't have internet the game still did an update. I keep getting the message to check the disc and try again. Now my controller doesn't allow me to go to the menu and I can't get the error screen to clear at all! And what
    happened to my original menu page? We can't even watch a movie! Does anyone have some good advice?

    Xbox One Games Won't Start

    You select a game, game image appears like it always does. But instead of taking you to the game, you are back at the xbox home screen. Obviously something is wrong with the Xbox servers, because games can be played offline!

    @bossnarak - Yes, that error code means the game is region locked.

    @Gillion666 - There's no way around region locking. That's actually done by the developers, not Microsoft.

    What error message/error code do you see when you try to enter the code? Keep in mind that Fallout 3 is region locked. So if you are not in Australia, the code will not work.

    This code would indicate a locked profile. The best course of action would be to follow the instructions in this link

    Enter the error code and follow the instructions.....
