Locked Account

Hello I have a problem with my account and I don't know what to do. I wanted to buy a game through my Xbox 360 console, I could not because my xbox billing account has been locked from making purchases. Well ok, I updated my billing information, still locked.
I then called customer support and was unfortunately connected with someone who clearly was not interested in helping. They told me there was no such restriction on my account and because nothing was coming up on their end, there was nothing to fix. I don't
think they ever understood what exactly was happening. Who exactly can I contact now? My account is still locked.

I would also like to take the customer support survey she said she would send me. It was not included in the email I was sent where she claimed everything was resolved.

Just disable them befor e launching your game also if the friend doesn't learn delete his profile and say sorry no more use sense he can't listen.

If you disable the console from being your Home Console, then other users will have to either own the content themselves, or you will have to be logged in for them to play it. Although signing in every time someone wants to play content you own can be tedious if you are the primary provider of content on the console.

Here are directions for removing mods from the console:

This will wipe out all the mods from the console. If you just want to remove certain mods, then I believe that can be done via the Mod Browser in the game. Although I haven't messed with this myself. So I'm uncertain of how that works.

Edit: It looks like you can disable them in the game. So even though they will still be on the console, they won't be enable for your game saves.

You need to contact tbilling support and then it has to be escalated to tier 2 for repair which takes 24-48 hours to unlkck

 

Customer surveys are randomly sent if you wanted to provide immediate feedback you should've asked for a supervisor for kudos or reporting issues with the agent

Billing support can fix it if it's an account lock not a creditcard lock

Just not live or hardware

 

I'm having the same problem. My billing account is locked, and I'm unable to purchase any DLC. I've been fighting with Xbox Support for 3 weeks now, and they don't seem to have any idea what the problem is. I'm a very frustrated Xbox customer right now.

I've tried everything I can think of. Any help would be much appreciated.

 

Sorry to hear it guys. Unfortunately no one here can help with this. If phone support is unable to help you then call them back and ask to have the issue escalated. They will send it to tier 3 support who will get in touch with you to resolve the issue.
