    Hello, just recently on May 22, I noticed my microsoft account got locked which I use for my Microsoft associated PC games such as Forza and Minecraft. This account is used solely for this purpose. I have been using the locked account for years and just recently for Minecraft gifted to me by a friend. When I tried to open the game, I was wondering why it wont launch and an error keeps appearing regarding my account. When I checked it says it has been locked. I filled up the form to reactivate the account and got in contact with an agent from CDOC Case Management and asked for additional information to validate ownership. I followed the steps and answered as much as I could however there has been no reply since then. Any help would be greatly appreciated as all the time I spent on the account is gone in an instant.

    Please try the steps below:

    1. To unblock your windows live id follow these steps
    2. Go to accounts.live.com and sign in.
    3. Select continue when it says your account has been blocked.
    4. Go to the email address shown and check the email.
    5. Get the code from the email, and put the code where its appropriate.
    6. Your account is now unblocked.

    then you will have to post in the suspension forum (last forum at the bottom of the support page) they can tell you why the account was suspended (make sure you give them the correct name so they can give you the info).
