    so for over a week I have been trying to unlock my other account that was locked due to suspicious activity. so i was told to fill in the account request form. I've done this twice a day with no joy. it keeps saying that I have not provided enough information and need to do it again. I know all my information is correct apart from one question it asks me "what is your first pets name?" is a question I would never use as I don't remember this. I have spoke to Microsoft help desk every day with zero help and they just tell me to fill the same for in again. I have offer to send the ID to show it is my account. I have spent over £1000 on Xbox alone not to mention all the equipment I have got over the years all from Microsoft. As it stand I have lost my account both email and Xbox. and all my contact. I have asked to cancel my card but been informed by my bank that they can still take money from my account. NO ONE FROM MICROSOFT CARES. or is even will to try and help resolve this issue.

    Please try the steps below:

    1. To unblock your windows live id follow these steps
    2. Go to accounts.live.com and sign in.
    3. Select continue when it says your account has been blocked.
    4. Go to the email address shown and check the email.
    5. Get the code from the email, and put the code where its appropriate.
    6. Your account is now unblocked.
    Let me know if that worked for you.

    then you will have to post in the suspension forum (last forum at the bottom of the support page) they can tell you why the account was suspended (make sure you give them the correct name so they can give you the info).
