    Okay so my account is currently locked this account im posting on is an alternate account so my account was locked by a tech support guy due to his miraculous ability to communicate now anytime I sign in it sends me to the compliance lock I've filled out the form got a reply submitted the info didn't have the console ID because the console got stolen so they wouldn't unlock was told to call Microsoft support to reopen when I have it did that went and resubmitted the information got the console ID this time have email saying account verified TWICE NOW click this link to reset your password I do that then it says account locked still I've been told it's gunna be unlocked and it's been 3 months now I only get silence from support had my account for 10+years anyone in Microsoft have a clue what's going on here ?

    Please try the steps below:

    1. To unblock your windows live id follow these steps
    2. Go to accounts.live.com and sign in.
    3. Select continue when it says your account has been blocked.
    4. Go to the email address shown and check the email.
    5. Get the code from the email, and put the code where its appropriate.
    6. Your account is now unblocked.
    Let me know if that worked for you.

    then you will have to post in the suspension forum (last forum at the bottom of the support page) they can tell you why the account was suspended (make sure you give them the correct name so they can give you the info).
