    Lock it down


    I've used the Lock it Down feature to prevent my kids from getting more screen time by not signing in. The problem is it works for some apps and not others. What am I missing here? I've followed the steps to make this work but it's still not happening.

    Keep in mind noone will have access while they investigate and lock the account

    Given the current crisis it could take time

    If you wanted to have an adult gamer tag you would just need to start another microsoft account as you have assigned your sons to yours and every gamer tag requires and email to sign in and most games will not let you play without signing in. I'm unaware
    of any special exception. Due to the fact that you do have a child on your account I believe it would be in your best interest to separate the two even if it allows you to link them. In the case that your kid is able to gain access into the adult account and
    run rampid through the store with the purchasing of the V bucks and what not.
