    Lock Breaker Game in Jigsaw Daily Challenge is Broken


    Today's LOCK BREAKER daily challenge is broken; does not give enough moves to finish the game and a wrong placement on the first piece makes you exit and go back in and try again. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE 18 MOVES TO FINISH THE GAME BUT IN REALITY YOU ONLY HAVE 16 MOVES TO GET 16 PIECES PUT IN THE RIGHT ORDER. THERE IS NO ROOM PROVIDED FOR ERROR AND NOT ENOUGH MOVES PROVIDED IN TODAY'S CHALLENGE! This game has too many unnecessary pieces and requires too much organization and sorting of the pieces to get them organized without accidentally matching pieces outside the board where you get penalized. The game developer needs to remove this game selection and replace it with something that works better. I ALWAYS FINISH JIGSAW CHALLENGES AND THIS TIME THE DEVELOPER HAS MESSED US UP! PLEASE LET THE GAME DEVELOPER KNOW THIS GAME IS BROKEN!

    You may need to submit a ticket to the game support in this matter in that way they can immediately check what is causing the issue as well as deploy an immediate fix.

    Downloading problem

    Yes. I am running Win 10. Also have the same problem with the daily challenge. I can play bug catch but other jigsaw challenges lock up downloading.

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.
