Location problem

In my settings, I get to set the location but my location isn't on the list, so I just set it to the United States. When I try to add my profile address, it asks for what state I live in, but I don't live in any American state. I do live on American soil
(United States territory), but not on any of the 50 states. I can't make purchases unless I add a profile address, but I can't add my proper information with the options available. Any help?

Depends what are you trying to enter a US military base or guam or puerto rico or virgin islands

If us military base you MUST use an AFO address

Well the island I'm on, Saipan is a 40 minute flight to Guam. We have different postal codes if that means anything. It's part of the Northern Mariana Islands, too.

If your signed into the same account on the Xbox one then it should bring your account information including your address over to the Xbox. are you trying to change your region on the xbox for some reason?

Even though US territories are part of the US when filling out address information like that on these websites and it asks for a country the name of the territory will be in that part that you would pick.

Are you trying to change it on the account.microsoft.com website?

When you go down to the country does it show the territory in the country section where it shows the US?
