Location and bio problem

i tried to change my location and bio through the Xbox app for android the bio saved on the app but not the location also when I check on Xbox. the location and bio are what they were originally so the bio didn't change I'm really confused as to why its
not working

Not able to edit bio?

Ive been wanting to edit my bio but I can't. Edit Bio, name and location isn't even

displayed when I'm in edit profile. I saw a thread about this problem from September.

Why hasn't it been fixed yet?

My location is a ToS violation?

Today I tried editing my bio via the xbox website and when I tried to save it I got a message next to the location field stating "This setting violates the Terms of Service." How can that be,
my location "Webster City, IA USA" is my true location and has never been a problem before. I don't want my motto/bio/location info banned for something trivial or stupid. How is it considered a violation when the entered text is exactly what the location
field is asking for?

You may need to try it on a pc to see if that fixes the problem. Try multiple browsers.

It’s not working for me either. I tried to change both on the console, and it looked like it had updated properly after clicking “done.” However, when I return to my profile, the changes didn’t take and everything reverted back to what was there originally.

Well I have never gotten this problem before but I would like to help you. To be more clear, what did you write on your Location, Bio and Name? Did you put any symbols on your profile's bio that was from another Language?

Hey there Bite!

I'm sorry to say that there's currently an issue where some users are unable to change their bio, etc on the console. However, you should be able to change that information here on the website. I suggest giving that a shot while we work on getting everything
sorted for the console.
