    I am trying to join a server from my friend on Minecraft. I'm on windows 11, they are on PS4 and I'm using bedrock as well, and nothing you have suggested have ever worked. please actually fix your issues and stop disregarding issues. First I restarted the wifi, didn't work. Then my computer, didn't work. I rebooted the wifi, didn't work, Changed NAT type, didn't work. I'm on the same wifi as my friend. My friend rebooted wifi, nothing. I logged out of my account, nothing. I uninstalled the game and lost all my worlds just for it to not work. I have literally done every single solution you have suggested and nothing, and yes, it is a stable internet connection. please actually do something about since I even checked file integrity. give me any other solution, I will try it, just don't tell me to something I have already done.

    In order to isolate a bit more the issue, if you try joining to a different friend's world/server.

    The issue persists or is this happening only with this friend?

    Also, may I know what message are you receiving?

    Hi That Guy!

    It's far more likely that your download is suffering because of the high demand Xbox Live is under at this time. Moving Server will not fix that problem.

    I'd expect this to improve as the new console rush abates over time

    You can verify that your console or that of your friend are not in the insider program and some of them have a beta version installed

    Hi Nancy,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.

    From your description, it sounds like the issue might be stemming from your friend's saved world since you can both join general servers, you can join other friend's servers, and nobody else seems to be able to join your friend's personal server.

    What device is your friend playing on? Have either of you create a new world for testing to see if you can join each other at all?

    It could be that the world is corrupted and hangs when trying to join multiplayer.

    I would also recommend a hard reboot of both devices.
