So I'm actually living in France, but it seems my account is located in US. Don't know how this happened. I tried solve this with twitter...     Hi!

    So I'm actually living in France, but it seems my account is located in US. Don't know how this happened.

    I tried solve this with twitter support but we didn't manage to do it.

    Tried to change my localisation like I was moving in a new country, it didn't work either.

    I checked every possible options and it says everywhere this account is based in France so I don't understand why it keeps connecting me to the US website for example.

    Don't know if it's linked but as I tried XCloud my experience was really bad, heavily pixelated, important input lag. If it connects me to US servers no wonder....

    If a kind soul could help me please.

    Migrating your account as mentioned above should do the trick.

    Tried that already. It says it can't be done for now because of an issue.

    Edit : tried it today and same result.

    And it seems I really can't get a chat online with someone from the support.

    Can you at least change my location, it's showing me the wrong country in the billing information. Because of this I have the wrong currency when I try to use the marketplace. Plus I believe I can't use a card if there is a different country set.

    You have to manage your account and change your account region under manage my region on this website
