Locally saved offline files get deleted in any game mode

I installed the game by CD and play only offline. But in all of the game modes the automatically "saved" files are not available anymore, once I've quit the game itself and start it over again..No savegames anywhere...

Any clue on how I can solve this prob? Appreciate it!

Offline functionality

You can play most of the basic free games, including Solitaire, offline. You might get an error about not being able to connect to Xbox, but you will still be able to play. Once you're back in an area with internet access, the games will attempt to synchronize
your locally saved game data.

Did MS give up on "the cloud"?

Speaking in a somewhat related direction, cloud saving saved my ass, last night. (No pun intended.) For whatever reason, my save for Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO was corrupt...corrupted(?). Anyway, I deleted the local save file, rebooted the game, and it sync'd up with my XBL save, and I was good to go.

 

I'm getting exactly the same problem. It's REALLY frustrating not being able to save progress. The file always says 'corrupted'.

I've tried a hard reset and re install but still no results.

I'm very unhappy at the moment and not far off returning my xbox for a refund.

Did you ever get an answer?

 

Same here every time I try to load offline i get save file corrupted error anybody help with this?

I have the same problem offline...playing 2k15 it wont save at all keep saying currupted file...what can i do please to fix this....or im taking it back and getting a ps4 this sucks...

 

I am having the same problem. I even exchanged the game for a different copy but still didn't help. I don't understand the issue with it.

 

I've been speaking to people at 2k Support for over a month trying to resolve this issue. First they acted like they had no idea what was happening now they're saying they just recently found out about this problem and are "investigating". Right now I'm
trying to get them to send me a refund but they claim they aren't responsible for refunding my money and that I should go back to the store. Of course it's too late for that since I've been waiting two months on a solution from them. They basically just
want us to sit on our hands until it gets fixed, meanwhile we're all out $60. I'm not buying 2K after this and I suggest you guys don't either. How the h*// do you release a game that can't save? You can only communicate with them through E-mail which is
annoying so right now I'm waiting to hear back from a manager.

 

I'm having this same problem. I can't play 2k15 mycareer offline. It keeps making me create a new my player and deletes the files. Says file is corrupted as soon as I exit mycareer to go back to the main menu. I click back into it and it say file is corrupted.
Haven't played 2k since my 2nd day of having the game. Its been almost a week now. I regret the Xbox One right now. This is the only game I really play. If anybody find a fix for this please let me know. I checked everywhere and I've only seen people with
online mycareer files that have problems.

 

I was super excited when I got the xbox 1 unity bundle. I don't have any issues with any of my games except nba 2k15. I like playing my sports games offline because a) I have satellite Internet and it's too expensive to play online b) I like doing the franchise.
I don't like playing sports games online because its just not realistic for me. Anyway, I sat through the installation, played spurs /heat ,created player etc... finally, I started my franchise and was loving it. After some hours, I called it quits and stopped
playing. The game has the auto save feature so I don't have to worry about it right??? Wrong. I turn the game back on sometime later and behold, I go to load and it says files corrupted. . I tried everything, Uninstalled game, re installed etc.. Every file
on the game is corrupted. Glad I'm not the only one but I'm furious. 2k please help us. Im gonna e mail them asap

 

Do the season mode work can I save that

 

Anybody got any answers why every file says corrupted and wont save

 

The reason it won't save is because 2k made the game so everything save to the 2k servers

 

Try to go to practice before quitting. After 5 times of missing saved files. I found this out. Try it.

The other way is to try create the game during offline mode, and play in online mode.
