I have a idea about xbox one console . I think Microsoft should allow local pc stores to repair xbox one consoles . I have another idea I think Xbox one consoles should have a Diagnostic tool so it can scan the software to see if xbox one need a repair

They would have to pay for training it's easier to repair the xbox at a specialist.

As mentiined above, specialist training would be needed so places would know how to fix xboxs correctly or diagnose yhem in tge first place. While its a good idea, in the long run the prices of local repair places would go up for all repairs in that store
to offset the cost of training. Most local places are small businesses and may not be able to afford said training. It would be nice to walk around the corner to get a console repaired and be without it for a shorter period of time though, real nice!

Well that would probably require a lot of $ due to having to take special courses for special licensing. In the long run it probably wouldn't be very cost effective as well as they wouldn't be able to keep the quality control up in those cases. It's an
Idea though perhaps for a specialized few who could be hand picked via an application process of sorts. Interesting at least
